Users are strictly responsible for their own encounters with other TalentSplash members. Please be aware that TalentSplash does not in any way screen our members or conduct background checks to verify the statements of its users. TalentSplash has no control over the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the Profiles or User Content submitted on TalentSplash and makes no representations about any Profile or User Content on TalentSplash. Since User authentication on the Internet is difficult, TalentSplash cannot and does not confirm that each User is who they claim to be. Because we do not and cannot be involved in User-to-User dealings or control the behavior of participants on TalentSplash, in the event that You have a dispute with various users, You release Jooba LLC and TalentSplash (and our agents and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential and direct and indirect) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. 

TalentSplash is not involved in any interaction between Talent, Fans and Employers. We have no control over the original User Content uploaded, the quality, safety or legality of the jobs or resumes posted, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of employers to offer job opportunities to candidates or the ability of candidates to fill job openings and TalentSplash makes no representations about any jobs, resumes or User Content on the site. If we find inappropriate material that we deem harmful to other users, we will remove it. If we do not find any content that is inappropriate, BUT receive a report regarding certain content and of a certain user that may be harmful, TalentSplash will look into this matter immediately. TalentSplash reserves the right in its sole discretion to remove User Content, job postings, resumes or other material. However, we do not assume any obligation to do so and disclaims any liability for failing to take any such action. 

We make no representations or warranties as to the conduct of our users or their compatibility with any current or future members. We are not responsible under any circumstance nor are we liable for any damages at all. These range from direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, and/or any incidental, resulting from the conduct of you or anyone else in relation to the use of this site and/or any other damages stemming from communications or encounters with other registered users of TalentSplash or people you have met thru this site. There are always risks, including but not limited to the risk of physical harm, of dealing with strangers, foreign nationals, underage persons or people acting under false pretenses. You assume all risks associated with dealing with other Users with whom You come in contact through TalentSplash. By its very nature, other people's information may be offensive, harmful or inaccurate, and in some cases will be mislabeled or deceptively labeled.   • You do not have permission to send or post unauthorized commercial content, such as spam on TalentSplash. 
  • You do not have permission to collect other users' data, content or information and use bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers without permission from TalentSplash.
  • You do not have permission to upload viruses or other malicious code.
  • You do not have permission to solicit login information or access another users account.
  • You do not have permission to will not bully, intimidate, or harass another user.
  • You do not have permission to upload or post content that is derogatory, threatening, or pornographic, promotes violence or contains nudity or graphic.
  • You do not have permission to engage in unlawful, illegal, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory activities.
